BD Stemflow™ Human Definitive and Pancreatic Endoderm Analysis Kit

BD Stemflow™ 人源定型內胚層和胰腺內胚層分析試劑盒包含用于分析定型內胚層和胰腺內胚層分化培養(yǎng)物的多種小鼠單克隆抗體偶聯(lián)物。本試劑盒提供的抗體特異性及其可識別的細胞群列于下表。試劑盒中的抗體組分可單獨使用，也可最多四種組合使用。試劑盒還包含BD Cytofix™固定緩沖液和BD Phosflow™ Perm Buffer III透膜緩沖液。
